Broadcom® is offering a wide range of different SPAD- and SiPM technologies for photon counting applications, all of them designed with the target to achieve best-in-class performance.
Two different SiPM-families are available covering wavelength ranges:
- near-ultraviolet to visible, i.e. the NUV-MT technology, optimized for medical & industrial applications and
- visible to near-infrared, i.e. the NIR-technology, best-in-class for LiDAR applications
