Continuous development and restriction to the essential functions ensures the highest dosing and mixing accuracy with proven reliability. Since 2012, the DissoPrep X8 has been supplemented with the DissoPrep X15 with a large 15-liter tank to simultaneously fill up to two dissolution testers. Thus, the DissoPrep series is flexible for all possible purposes and, together with the unique working principle, your guarantee for convenient and high-precision media preparation and dosing.

The Dissilio TX8 eco adapts flexibly to your needs. For example, it is available with 6 to 8 positions - as TX16 with 12 to 16 positions, up to 2 motors for different stirring speeds,  all kind of dissolution accessories such as Intrinsic, USP6, Immersion Cell and much more. Most importantly, it is also available with vessels of different manufacturers and sizes. The possibility to use vessels from various manufacturers eliminates the last major variable in the dissolution testing and makes cross-validation only a matter of form when switching to Dissilio. Different packages make it possible to order your Dissilio with the functions which you really need. For example, additional functions such as CFR compliance with electronic signature, certificate-based digital signature of pdf reports, backup to USB or servers, energy-saving options, etc.. In case that your requirements change in the future, functions can easily be subsequently activated and mechanical components can be retrofitted. Further customization options will follow in the future and can be retrofitted or booked at any time. You have the choice and possibility to configure your Dissilio individually and flexibly according to your needs. 

The  SAMPILIO X8 uses no conventional peristaltic or syringe pumps, but patented small-volume diaphragm pumps (RIGGTEK patent*).

The disadvantage of a conventional sampler with peristaltic pumps is low precision and short lifetime. The problem with syringe pumps is the non-compliance with the FIFO (First In - First Out) principle, a huge dead volume or high dwell volume. This results in long sampling intervals, time inaccuracy or mixing during sampling (First In - Last Out) and a high cross-contamination.

By contrast, SAMPILIO's diaphragm pumps work precisely and maintenance-free for many years. The FIFO delivery principle with low dead volumes finally makes the dissolution analysis comparable to manual sampling! So accuracy in time and synchrony as well as minimal cross-contamination, very short sampling intervals and minimal volume loss are guaranteed!
