Metal-ceramic brazed assemblies
Exhibitor
QSIL Ceramics GmbH
Metal-ceramic brazed assemblies are used in high-performance applications requiring vacuum-tightness, mechanical strength, and electrical insulation. The components are manufactured using Mo/Mn metallization followed by brazing or active soldering. This creates durable, high-strength joints that meet the demands of high-pressure and high-vacuum environments. Typical applications include feedthroughs, X-ray tubes, mass spectrometers, and laser or sensor housings. Available materials include aluminum oxide AK 97, AK 97 M, and AK 99.5.
